— and serious — ingredients, but there are other
ingredients, too.
We want to keep our desire to play, to try
out things, to get our hands into things
and experiment.
After all, we live in a larger-than-life, eccentric way,
gutsy and amusing, but elegant, too, and open-
armed, and, yes, street-smart... but above all
we dream big.
Everything starts with our local area, in Romagna,
on the border with Tuscany, but we’d like to export
our craft way of life even farther than that....
