PANETTONE WITH ICING
Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with sultanas and without candied fruit, with sugar, almond and hazelnut icing.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sultanas 18%, egg yolk, sugar, butter 6.5% (contains milk), natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, wheat malt, salt, flavourings.
GLAZING INGREDIENTS: sugar 8%, almonds 3%, egg white, hazelnuts 1%, potato starch, rice starch, almonds, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavourings.
