The company was founded in 1964 by Ofelio Fattoi, thanks to his passion for viticulture and Sangiovese grape as well as the typical wines of Montalcino. Later Ofelio’s sons, Leonardo and Lamberto, totally involved by the attachment to the territory and the tradition of his father, decided to join the winery and to increase the production. The vineyards, planted exclusively with Sangiovese, cover an area of about 9 hectares. The first vineyards date back to 1970, while the first Brunello vintage is 1979. Today, the wines produced are the Rosso di Montalcino, the Brunello di Montalcino and the Brunello Riserva, whose total annual production is 50,000 bottles.
